Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Apparel Brands Limited has taken during the financial year ending 30 June 2025 to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.

2. Our Business and Supply Chains
Apparel Brands is a growing brand house based in Manchester, UK, that designs, sources, and distributes branded apparel. The company operates from its headquarters on Hilton Street in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. We also operate a small sourcing office in Bangladesh and have outsourced operations in China and Turkey.
Apparel Brands manages and distributes several notable brands, focusing on contemporary apparel and lifestyle products. The key brands under our portfolio include: Bench, Nicce, Hype and Farah. Products are sold through both wholesale and retail channels.
Our supply chains include garment manufacturers and logistics providers and we work closely with suppliers predominantly in Bangladesh, China, Pakistan, India and Turkey as well as those in the UK.
3. Our Policies
We have implemented several policies to ensure ethical practices throughout our operations, including:
• Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy: Outlines our stance against modern slavery and our commitment to acting ethically in all our business dealings.
• Supplier Code of Conduct: Requires all suppliers to adhere to ethical practices and prohibits the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labour.
• Whistleblowing Policy: Encourages employees and third parties to report any concerns about unethical behaviour, including modern slavery, without fear of reprisal.
4. Due Diligence Processes
We conduct due diligence on our supply chains to identify and mitigate risks related to modern slavery. Our processes include:
• Supplier Assessments: Evaluating potential suppliers for compliance with our ethical standards before onboarding.
• Visits and Inspections: Regular audits of key suppliers to ensure compliance with our policies.
• Training and Awareness: Providing training to employees and suppliers on identifying and preventing modern slavery.

We continuously assess the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. This includes:
• Identifying high-risk areas based on industry and geography.
